The most No.1 songs on Billboard's Hot Latin Songs chart is 27, by Enrique Iglesias (Spain). His most recent chart-topper was “Duele el Corazón”, a duet with Wisin (Puerto Rico), which topped the chart on 14 May 2016.
Enrique took the record from Luis Miguel (Mexico) when "Para Qué La Vida" ("What's the Point of Life") became his 16th No.1 on 31 May 2003. Miguel scored a record-equalling 16th No.1 with "Te Necesito" ("I Need You") on 25 October 2003, but Enrique claimed the record outright with "Dimelo" (English version: "Do You Know? (The Ping Pong Song)"), his 17th chart-topper, on 19 May 2007.
His longest-running chart-toppers are "Bailando" ("Dancing"; 41 consecutive weeks at No.1 in 2014–15 – setting a record for the longest stay at No.1 on the US Hot Latin Songs chart), "El Perdón" ("Forgiveness"; 30 consecutive weeks at No.1 in 2015) and "Cuando Me Enamoro" ("When I Fall in Love"; 17 non-consecutive weeks at No.1 in 2010).
Enrique's first No.1 was "Si Tú Te Vas"("If You Go"), which spent eight non-consecutive weeks at the summit from 2 December 1995.
Billboard's Hot Latin Songs chart (formerly "Hot Latin 50" and "Hot Latin Tracks") debuted on 6 September 1986.
