Most correct predictions by the Annual EA Super Bowl simulation

Since 2004, EA has been predicting each year’s Super Bowl by simulating the match through the latest version of their popular Madden NFL videogame. As of the Super Bowl LI, held on 5 February 2017, the Madden NFL simulation had made an astonishing 10 correct predictions on which team would win the Super Bowl.

The simulation for Super Bowl LI failed to accurately predicted the game's eventual score, forecasting a 27–24 victory for the New England Patriots over the Atlanta Falcons. In the final event, the Patriots clinched victory in overtime with a final score of 34–28. However, the simulation accurately predicted a tight game in which the Patriots would come from behind to seal their victory in a nail-biting finish.
