The largest sheet of xuan paper is 55.12 m² (593.3 ft²) and was achieved by Anhui Jingxian County Sanxing Paper Co., Ltd. (China) in Xuancheng, Anhui, China, on 26 April 2021.
The attempt was held inside a huge workshop, 72 craftsmen were involved in the xuan paper making process. The attempt was to promote the handcrafted xuan paper, and was one of the most important activities in the Xuan Paper Cultural Festival in Jingxian County.
