Including accumulator bets, as of 29 September 2015, the highest known odds for a winning eSports bet was 74/1, placed with Betway in the videogame Counter-Strike on 25 July 2015. A punter in Norway had successfully wagered on both Cloud 9 and Natus Vincere to win zero maps in their respective matches.

Betway was the first mainstream bookies to launch a dedicated eSports portal in August 2015.
