Mohammad Shahzad (Afghanistan) became the first wicket-keeper to make five dismissals in a Twenty20 International, playing against Oman at Sheikh Zayed Stadium in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, on 29 November 2015. Shahzad, who also opened the batting for Afghanistan, took three catches and made two stumpings to help his team wrap up victory by 27 runs.
Ten wicket-keepers had previously made four dismissals in a Twenty20 International, including Australia's Adam Gilchrist, India's MS Dhoni and South Africa's AB de Villiers, who have all achieved it twice.
Shahzad scored four runs as opener in Afghanistan's 20-over score of 159 for 8. Oman were dismissed for 132 runs in 18.1 overs.
