The 20 tracks on the 3am Edition of Midnights (2022) by Taylor Swift (USA) attracted 776,481,256 streams on Spotify in the week following its release on 21 October 2022. Lead single “Anti-Hero” logged 82,935,273 streams between 21 and 27 October 2022, with five other album cuts – “Lavender Haze”, “Snow on the Beach” (feat. Lana Del Rey), “Midnight Rain”, “Maroon” and “You’re on Your Own, Kid” – posting in excess of 50 million streams across the week.
The average number of streams for the 20 tracks on Midnights on 21–27 October 2022 was 38,824,062. Just three of the 13 tracks on the standard edition of the album – “Labyrinth”, “Mastermind” and “Sweet Nothing” – fell below that mark.
Swift took the prize from Bad Bunny, whose 23-track Un Verano Sin Ti had logged 618,159,971 streams just 24 weeks earlier, on 6–12 May 2022.
