Most tournament championships for the Tekken videogame series

As of 28 January 2015, the eSports player Ariel “FightinGM” Capellan (USA) had won 19 major tournaments in the Tekken videogame franchise, as recognised by organisers of the EVO Championship Series. His victories included Winter brawl 2010, 2011, 2012, Toryuken 2013, UFGT9 2013, Combo Breaker 2015, Summer Jam 2014, 2015, ECT 2011, 2012, 2014, NEC 2012, 2014, 2015, SoCal >regionals 2015, Absolute Battle 2015, Midwest Championships 2010, K.I.T. 2011, and the Northeast Championships 2015.

Ariel has fought in Tekken tournaments all around the world, including USA, Finland, Germany, St Maarten and Canada.

We define a “major” Tekken videogame tournament as one that is recognised by organisers of the EVO Championship Series, which is the annual eSports tournament for fighting videogames and widely regarded as the Holy Grail for players of the sport.
