Official figures from Riot Games show Chinese team Edward Gaming's grand finals victory over DWG KIA from South Korea, which took place on 6 November 2021 in Reykjavik, Iceland, was watched by an incredible 73,860,742 peak concurrent viewers, a 60.33% increase over the previous year's tournament peak concurrent viewers figure of 46,067,896.
The 2021 League of Legends World Championship grand finals was broadcast in 18 languages by 19 broadcasters across 34 platforms. Riot worked with Stream Hatchet to produce the viewership analysis.
