Mariano Rivera (Panama) was elected to baseball's Hall of Fame in 2019 with 100% of the vote, the highest voting percentage in history. He appeared on all 425 ballots cast, making him the first player to be unanimously elected. Ken Griffey Jr (USA) previously held the high mark, appearing on 437 of the 440 ballots cast, or 99.3%, in 2016.
