This feat has been accomplished three times, most recently by the San Diego Padres in Game 2 of the 2024 National League Division Series (NLDS) on 6 October 2024. This record was initially set by the 2015 Chicago Cubs in Game 3 of the NLDS, and then equalled by the 2023 Philadelphia Phillies (all USA) in Game 3 of the NLDS.
