Strongest player in the FIFA videogame series

Renowned for his Herculean frame, renowned English lower-leagues striker Adebayo “The Beast” Akinfenwa (UK) had been rated the strongest player in six FIFA soccer videogames – FIFA 12 (strength rating 97), 13 (99), 14 (97), 16 (98), 17 (99) and 18 (98). Despite his formidable strength rating, Akinfenwa's other principal areas for a forward, such as finishing (64 in FIFA 18) and dribbling (52), have tended to be rated considerably lower. In the most recent iteration FIFA 18, Akinfenwa was ranked as the outright strongest player, ahead of Oguchi Onyewu and Christopher Samba (both 96).
