Most Nickelodeon's Kids' Choice Awards won by an author (male)

The long-running Kids' Choice Awards, which started in 1988, have included a category for "Favorite Book" since 1995. To date, no male author has won the accolade more times than Jeff Kinney (USA), with his internationally best-selling Diary of a Wimpy Kid books. The series has picked up the "Favorite Book" award six times: 2010, 2011, 2012, 2014, 2015 and 2016.

This means that Kinney now also jointly holds the record for most Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards won by an author overall, along with Harry Potter creator J K Rowling (UK), who has also received six "blimps".
