Disney's Big Hero 6 (2014) has pulled in the most box-office ticket sales of any animated film centred on robots, with a worldwide gross of $652,127,828 (£421.5 million) according to The Numbers, by 15 May 2015.
This means that Big Hero 6 outdid the 2008 animated robot movie WALL•E by more than $119 million (£77.9 million).
