First censored Disney videogame

In order to secure a suitable age rating for its audience, Kingdom Hearts II had multiple scenes from the original Japanese game either cut or edited for the English-language version. These scenes included a wounded Hydra oozing smoke rather than green blood. In the Pirates of the Caribbean world “Port Royal”, violence was toned down, with guns swapped for crossbows, and undead pirates didn’t burst into flames when struck with fire magic. Elsewhere, a cutscene in which Daisy Duck spanked Donald was completely removed.
