Since it became a global competition in 2011, the most decorated gamer in Konami's official PES League (pesleague.com) is "VietKong90321" aka Ettore "Ettorito” Giannuzzi from Italy. The sleek-footed gamer was the 2011 World Champion, the runner-up in 2014 (losing to "apolytosarxon") and the 2014 UEFA Youth League champion, the latter being a one-off tournament for "youth" players. With two major tournament trophies and one runners-up accolade, "VietKong90321" is the most successful official PES League player, as of March 2015. The final of the 2014 UYL was 13 April, thus the date for when the record was achieved.
