First LEGO® videogame made entirely out of bricks

The LEGO® Movie Videogame, released alongside the theatrical film of the same name in February 2014, was the first LEGO® game in which everything in the game was constructed out of bricks, from buildings and furniture, to machines and vehicles. “We challenged ourselves to introduce a new element never-before-seen in any LEGO® game and did that with environments made entirely out of LEGO® bricks, giving players more authentic opportunities to interact with the world around them,” said Tom Stone, Managing Director of TT Games Publishing.
