Rarest rank in Hearthstone

Only 0.5% of all Hearthstone players have battled their way to the game's top "Legend" rank. By comparison, 75% of players are ranked between levels 25 and 15 and only 2% have reached levels 5 through 1, the highest of the numbered ranks. Ranks work in descending order, with 25 (Angry Chicken) being the worst, and 1 (Innkeeper) being really, really good. The best is Legend, which comes after 1.
