The most Copa Libertadores won with different clubs by a manager is two, and has been achieved by four individuals. Luiz Felipe Scolari (Brazil) was the first to achieve this feat, winning with Gremio (1995) and Palmeiras (1999). He was followed by Carlos Bianchi (Argentina), who won with Velez Sarsfield (1994) and Boca Juniors (2000). Paulo Autuori (Brazil) then won with Cruzeiro (1997) and Sao Paulo (2005). Most recently, Edgardo Bauza (Argentina) won with LDU Quito (2008) and San Lorenzo (2014). Carlos Bianchi went on to win two more titles with Boca Juniors, more than any other coach in the Libertadores. Edgardo Bauza became the first coach to win the Copa Libertadores with clubs from different countries having won with Ecuadorean side LDU Quito in 2008 and then with Argentine side San Lorenzo in 2014.
