Hosszú won seven gold medals and two silvers, all in individual events. She won more events than any nation bar the USA.
Hosszú won gold in the 100 m and 200 m backstroke, 100 m and 200 m butterfly, and 100 m, 200m and 400 m individual medleys. She took silver in the 200 m freestyle and 50 m backstroke.
