The fastest circumnavigation of the British mainland by personal watercraft (PWC) is 23 days and 5 hours, achieved by Neil Laughton and Tim Maw (both UK), from 17 July to 8 August 2000.
The pair covered a total distance of 3827 km on Yamaha XL 1200 Limited watercrafts. They were joined by Bear Grylls and Ed Christopher (both UK) at various points along the way.
This was also the first known successful attempt at circumnavigating the British mainland by PWC.
