My coaches and parents guided me and helped me to attempt for this record with Guinness World Records title."

Asmi is a national level table tennis player in India and has been playing the sport from early childhood. "My parents found out potential and skillset, so they helped me to get into a table tennis academy. Playing this sport for the last 6 years I acquired the skillset and techniques from my coaches which are required to attempt this record. When I was in my early childhood I saw my grandfather playing table tennis, getting inspiration from him I started learning and playing the game with him. As time passed I started developing more and more interest in this game. I started taking coaching from the professional coaches and academy, all this helped me to become a Table Tennis National Player in years, 2016, 2019 & won the first position in Rajasthan school state championship-2021. One day I was going through the Guinness World Records Book which was gifted by my father I thought it would be great if one day I also make my parents proud if I got featured in Guinness World Records books.".

Asmi's training routine start with two hours early morning warm-up and training practice session with help from her coaches. After completing her school duties in the evening, Asmi has three more hours of intense practice and hard-core training. "After this, I used to meditate for an hour in a noise-free environment. All this helped me to hold the ball on the racket blindfolded. I must mention that I had gone through 4 months of physical and mental training on daily basis. Considering that I was attempting for the Guinness World Records title was a great feeling and gave me an immense feeling of self-accomplishment. So I started training with a positive attitude & was so indulged with my rigorous training session. All this gives me a positive attitude and made me more determined to attempt this record."

"Feeling that I had successfully made the record was astonishing and it was a real proud moment for me and my parents as well and gives me an immense feeling of self-accomplishment and satisfaction."
