The most rotating puzzle cubes solved whilst running 5 km is 77, and was achieved by Nitin Subramanian (USA) at Monta Vista High School, in Cupertino, California, USA, on 21 January 2019.

In 2010, Nitin solved a rotating puzzle cube for the first time. He quickly found a passion for cubing and went to his first Rubik’s Cube competition in 2014. After getting involved with the speedcubing community, he began organizing competitions and traveling the country to compete at various competitions; his favorite being CubingUSA Nationals 2018 in Salt Lake City, Utah. Nitin dedicates this record to all the teachers in his life who have inspired him and made him believe that anything is possible.
