Longest granola bar

The longest granola bar measured 128 m (420 ft) was created by the University of California, Santa Cruz Dining (USA), at the National Association of College and University Food Services Pacific Region conference, in Santa Cruz, California, USA on 28 March 2015.

Attendees of the National Association of College and University Food Services Pacific Region conference, helped to prepare and serve the granola bar. The recipe required 50 pounds of oatmeal, 20 pounds of diced almonds, 15 pounds of peanuts, 60 pounds of honey, 30 pounds of brown sugar and more than 20 pounds of cranberries and golden raisins.
