Who
Netherlands
Where
Brazil
When
12 July 2014
The first time all 23 squad members appeared in a FIFA World Cup tournament was at the 2014 World Cup in Brazil and was achieved by Netherlands with the introduction of 3rd goalkeeper Michel Vorm in the final minute of the 3rd place playoff versus Brazil in Brasilia, Brazil on 12 July 2014. It is very rare for all 3 goalkeepers to appear in such a short tournament but manager Louis van Gaal substituted his first choice goalkeeper Jasper Cillessen twice - once in the penalty shootout versus Costa Rica being replaced by Tim Krul and once in the final minutes of their 3rd place playoff match being replaced by Michel Vorm. The only Dutch players to complete all 690 minutes were Arjen Robben and Ron Vlaar.
