The most Winter Paralympics medals won by a male athlete in wheelchair curling is 3, achieved by Dennis Thiessen and Mark Ideson (both Canada) in 2014, 2018 and 2022.

Both Thiessen and Ideson were members of the mixed Canadian team that won a bronze medal at the 2022 Winter Paralympic Games in Beijing, China. They also won gold in 2014 and bronze in 2018.
