Most backflips while sword swallowing in one minute

The most backflips performed in a minute while swallowing a sword is 20 and was achieved by Aerial Manx on the set of Lo Show Dei Record, in Milan, Italy, on 2 July 2014.

Aerial Manx swallowed a 41 cm long non-retractable sword before the start of the record and then started to perform backflips, maintaining the sword swallowed. As the sword prevented him to breathe, he had to hold his breath during the attempt. He took 2 breaks during the attempt, removed the sword and then swallowed it again before continuing.
