Most overhead log lifts in one minute

The most times a 150 kg (330 lb) heavy log was lifted overhead in one minute is 6 and was achieved by Zydrunas Savickas (Lithuania) on the set of 'Lo Show dei Record' in Milan, Italy, on 3 July 2014.

Complete log lifts were considered as lifting the log from the ground, raising it overhead with arms extended, and finally returning the log back to the floor in a controlled manner. One of Zydrunas' lifts was discounted as the log was not placed back in a controlled way. The 150 kg 'log' was made of metal and was provided with handles. Zydrunas competed against Thor Bjornsson for the record, who lifted the log 4 times in one minute. LVeltri and MFrigatti adjudicated.
