The most wins of the football CONCACAF Champions’ Cup / League by a team is six and was first achieved by Cruz Azul (Mexico) in 1969, 1970, 1971, 1996, 1997 and 2014. This feat was equalled by Club América (Mexico) in 1977, 1987, 1990, 1992, 2006 and 2015.
Club América won the 2015 title with a 5-2 victory on aggregate against Montreal Impact who were hoping to be the first ever Canadian team to win the CONCACAF Champions League title.
