The most pull ups in one minute with a 100 lb pack is 20 and was achieved by Ruslan Fatakhov (Kazakhstan), in Shahtinsk, Kazakhstan, on 4 April 2021.


Pull-ups are Ruslan's favourite exercise, so he was eager to master the move and become a Guinness World Record's title holder.

Ruslan trained doing pull-ups twice a week for two hours, varying his weights from light to heavy.

He also says he had to eat and sleep well in order to optimise his training.
