The youngest women's curling rink to win an Olympic medal is the Great Britain side of Eve Muirhead, Anna Sloan, Vicki Adams, Claire Hamilton and Lauren Gray, who had an average age of 23 years 255 days when they won the bronze medal in Sochi, Russia, on 20 February 2014.
The curlers beat Switzerland 6-5 in the bronze medal match to secure Britain's third medal in Sochi 2014, equalling their best ever performance at a Winter Games. Britain had also won the 2013 Curling World Championships with Muirhead at the helm.
