The most Winter Olympic luge gold medals won by a male is 7, achieved by Tobias Arlt and Tobias Wendl (both Germany) between 2014 and 2026.
The German duo of Arlt and Wendl, nicknamed “The Two Tobis” or the “Bayern Express”, triumphed in the doubles and the team relay events at three consecutive Olympics: Sochi 2014, Pyeongchang 2018 and Beijing 2022. They won a seventh gold at Milano Cortina 2026 in the team relay and added a bronze in the doubles.
