The most freestyle skiing Olympic gold medals won by an individual is two, by Alex Bilodeau (Canada) in the moguls event in Vancouver 2010 and Sochi 2014. Freestyle skiing has been on the Olympic programme since 1992, but until now nobody had managed to win more than one gold medal. The person with the most medals overall is Norwegian skiier Kari Traa, who has won three medals in total.
