Ronnie O'Sullivan (UK) scored an unprecedented 556 points without reply against Ricky Walden during their quarter-final match at the 2014 Masters in London, UK, on 17 January 2014. O'Sullivan, nicknamed "The Rocket", won the match six frames to nil in just under 58 minutes.
The previous record was held by Ding Junhui (China), who racked up 495 points without reply when he beat Stephen Hendry in the 2007 Premier League.
Walden led 39 points to one in the first frame, but that was his only scoring contribution to the match.
Frame scores (O'Sullivan first): 80-39 (break of 79); 89-0 (break of 88); 82-0 (break of 72); 134-0 (break of 134); 77-0 (break of 77); 95-0 (break of 56).
The match took place at London's Alexandra Palace.
Yahoo! Sport described O'Sullivan's performance as "arguably the greatest snooker exhibition of all time".
