The largest triangle-shaped castle in the world is Wewelsburg Castle in Büren, Germany. Constructed between 1603 and 1609, the Renaissance-style structure has a total perimeter of 240 m. Originally used by the Prince-Bishopric of Paderborn, it later became notorious as one of the centres for the Nazi SS under Heinrich Himmler.
