Being able to yell at players no longer needed to be confined to a stadium after Madden NFL 13 (EA Sports) – released on 28 August 2012 – became the first American football game to support the Xbox 360 Kinect device. It can be used to call out plays and change formations of players by simply using your voice.

Kinect Sports (Rare, 2010) takes the record for the first Kinect sports videogame overall. It was a launch title for the system.
