The largest massage lesson consists of 392 participants, achieved by the midwives of the 2017 ICM Triennial Congress, Johnson & Johnson Consumer Inc. (USA), and the International Confederation of Midwives (Netherlands) in Toronto, Ontario, Canada on 21 June 2017.
The participants were 391 midwives, led in the lesson by instructor Tiffany Field, PhD. The lesson focused on the importance and basic techniques of infant touch and massage. The midwives present at the 2017 ICM Triennial Congress hailed from over 75 countries and will apply their new knowledge and skills to make a difference in the lives of pregnant women, new mothers and babies all around the world.
