Justin Bieber (Canada, b. 1 March 1994) scored an unprecedented five chart-topping albums in the USA before celebrating his 19th birthday. Before the chart debut of Believe Acoustic, Bieber and Miley Cyrus (USA, b. 23 November 1992) shared the record for the most No.1 albums before turning 19. Cyrus’ four chart-toppers are Hannah Montana (various artists soundtrack) (2006), Hannah Montana 2: Meet Miley Cyrus (soundtrack) (2007), Breakout (2008) and Hannah Montana: The Movie (soundtrack) (2009).
Believe Acoustic also gives Bieber No.1 albums in four consecutive years, a feat only nine other acts (including Miley Cyrus) have achieved in the 57-year history of the Billboard 200 albums chart.
Believe Acoustic features eight acoustic and/or live tracks from the studio album Believe and three new recordings: “Yellow Raincoat”, “I Would” and “Nothing Like Us”.
