Silver (symbol Ag, atomic number 47) has the highest thermal conductivity of any element on the periodic table at 429 Wm-1K-1. Thermal conductivity is a measure of how well heat travels through an element, and in SI units is written as watts per metre kelvin. Silver also has the highest electrical conductivity of any element. NB: in the measurement 429 Wm-1K-1, each "-1" should be in superscript. See "Periodic Table" in 2014 book for correct presentation.
