Bulldozers are construction vehicles used for pushing around piles of earth and rubble. Armoured bulldozers are the military-spec version – clad in layers of steel armour that make them suitable for pushing that earth and rubble around while being shot at. This is useful when building fortifications or, equally, for demolishing those of your enemy. The most heavy-duty armoured bulldozer is the converted Caterpillar D9 operated by the Israeli Defense Forces. Nicknamed the Doobi (Hebrew for "teddy bear"), it carries a colossal 15 tons of armour to deflect not just bullets, but rocket-propelled grenades as well.
