Most Paralympic wheelchair singles titles won (female)

Esther Vergeer (Netherlands) won Paralympic tennis gold in the women’s wheelchair singles at four consecutive Games: Sydney 2000, Athens 2004, Beijing 2008 and London 2012. She is the only woman to win the Paralympic title more than once.

Vergeer, who retired in 2013, also won 44 Grand Slam titles in wheelchair singles (21) and doubles (23) between 2002 and 2012.
