The greatest distance cycled (no hands) is 260.82 km (162.06 mi) and was achieved by Vincent van der Holst (Netherlands), in Amsterdam, Netherlands, on 7 June 2024.

Vincent fundraised for the Against Malaria Foundation during his attempt. Cycling has helped him to improve both his mental and physical health as well as helping him do good for the world. He rode for 9 hours and 44 minutes at an average speed of 26.92 km per hour.

Vincent commented,'I knew from previous challenges that pain and exhaustion come and go in waves, so we agreed that if I really didn't want to and couldn't do it anymore, I would at least wait until that feeling disappeared for a while. At 175 km, it came to a point where I really didn't want to do it anymore, but I waited until that feeling subsided, and just before the magical 200, I started to feel good again and so achieved that goal too. I decided to continuously set new goals so that I could always ride towards something.'

He felt the struggle mentally after 250 km and over 9 hours of continued focus, but was surprised his mental limit stretched so far, having never expected to reach the 150 km mark. Ultimately, it was the impact he knew the fundraising would have on children's lives that got him across the finish line.
