The most wins of the FINA Women’s Water Polo League by a national team is 14, by the USA in 2004, 2006–07, 2009–12, 2014–19 and 2021.
The FINA Women's Water Polo World League has been contested every year since 2004 (bar 2020) and features the world’s best national teams competing in a league format. The USA secured their 14th World League title – and their seventh in a row – with a 14–8 victory over Hungary in the 2021 Super Final on 19 June in Athens, Greece.
