Largest Big Fish, Little Fish dance

The largest Big Fish, Little Fish dance consisted of 284 people and was achieved by employees of Sanofi (UK and Ireland) at the Celtic Manor hotel in Newport, Wales, UK, on 18 January 2012. The participants all wore white gloves to allow for their hand movements to be followed and discounted from the total in the case of incorrect movements. They danced to 'Big Fish, Little Fish' by Rik and Nik (2004), a song also made popular by Bob the Builder in 2008. 330 people started the record, but 46 were disqualified for not following the instructor properly. This attempt took place at a GWR Live! team build event.
