The biggest dinosaur nest on record measured approximately 3 m in diameter and contained 28 long, cylinder-shaped eggs, each roughly 30 cm in length. The nest and eggs were from a Chinese bipedal dinosaur called Macroelongatoolithus, which lived 90–70 million years ago, during the Late Cretaceous Period.
