Joe's golf balls are signed by former and current PGA and LPGA Tour players. He acquired all 204 golf balls by attending many professional golf tournaments, primarily in California. Joe made a policy to never buy an autographed golf ball. Joe, who is now 80 years old and lives in California, started his collection in 1989. When he learned that his golf idol, Arnold Palmer, was going to play in the inaugural Senior Transamerica Championship in Napa, California, Joe decided to see the most popular golfer of all time and try to get his autograph on a golf ball. He's never stopped collecting since.
