An ICON because...

Viridiana’s climbing career started with a seemingly innocent personal challenge.

The Mexican climber revolutionised her life, showing awe-inspiring determination as she went from running her first race to conquering Mexico’s tallest mountain - Pico de Orizaba (5,636 m; 18,491 ft) - in only two years.

In 2017, Viridiana climbed Everest for the first time. Between 2017 and 2019, she completed the fastest ascent of the top three highest mountains with supplementary oxygen (female).

When she's not climbing, she made it her mission to inspire others and is eager to share her learnings and immense love for nature with the ones around her.
Every day, Viridiana's words inspire her audience to challenge paradigms and embrace new challenges.
