After rigorous testing of its product against others available in the market, Energizer’s battery performance in numerous real-world situations from digital cameras and toys to lighting and audio devices outlasted the competition across the board.
Once testing was complete, the data was sent to Guinness World Records for verification and it was confirmed that the Energizer® Ultimate Lithium™ AA battery was in fact, the longest-lasting!

The company revealed the record-breaking news on Tuesday 4 December with a press release and short video that can be found across its digital platforms worldwide and now that it’s holiday season, the announcement couldn’t have come at a better time.
Following the announcement, the brand released two additional videos featuring their record-breaking product and its long-lasting ability to power toys and gaming systems - important news for those purchasing holiday gifts.
