Multinational drinks company Tata Global Beverages Limited (India) wanted to mark the launch of their new Tetley Super Green Tea by holding a record-breaking event.
 
Following a theme of ‘Everyday Super Humans’, the drinks brand decided to hold the Largest gathering of people wearing capes.

An impressive 1,335 people donned a green cape and took part in the record attempt at the National Sports Club of India in Mumbai, India.
 
Guinness World Records adjudicator Rishi Nath came along to officiate the challenge.

Once he had confirmed the record, guests took part in a giant Zumba dance while wearing their superhero costumes.
 
The dance was led by former Indian cricketer Sourav ‘Dada’ Ganguly, famous Indian actress Neha Dhupia, actor and presenter Shibani Dandekar and professional Zumba teacher Shwetambari Shetty.
