Adorable Pomeranian Twinkie will jump through hoops for her owner… and you might just recognize her.

The sweet little doggy is part of the Acro Canine Crew dance troupe who recently got a golden buzzer on America’s Got Talent from host Terry Crews.

But Twinkie is proof that you don’t have to go on a big shiny TV show to break a world record - you can do it right at home in your own backyard.

Alongside her owner Jennifer Fraser (Canada), she recently broke the record for fastest time to perform 10 jumps through a human's arms by a dog in just 7.48 sec.

Professional dog trainer and entertainer Jennifer, 46, said: “Twinkie knows a wide variety of tricks, all taught using positive reinforcement, lots of treats, praise and love. This particular trick was built gradually through small training steps until she was confident and fast enough to perform it at record speed.”

This is just one of many tricks in two-year-old Twinkie’s repertoire.

Mum-of-four Jennifer said: “Twinkie can perform catches, leg flips, arm jumps, foot jumps, back jumps, jumping catches and many other advanced tricks. She is a true trick dog and is already looking forward to attempting more Guinness World Records titles.”

She added: “Twinkie is like a border collie trapped in a tiny body. She has endless drive, incredible confidence and absolutely loves learning new things. Treats are a big motivator, but she genuinely enjoys training and working with me.”

Jennifer says she loves showing people what Twinkie can do… and so does Twinkie!

“One of my favourite things is showing people that small dogs are capable of truly extraordinary things when given the opportunity and proper training,” she said.

“Twinkie is a huge cuddler who loves meeting people. She will happily jump up for affection and is always eager to train and show off her skills.”

She said: “One of my goals is to inspire people to train positively and recognize that dogs of all sizes can achieve incredible things. Twinkie may be small, but she proves that determination, confidence and teamwork can accomplish impressive results.”

Her best advice for someone trying to teach their dog some new tricks: “Take your time, break the trick down into small achievable steps and be patient. Reward generously and make training fun so your dog stays engaged and excited to learn.”

Jennifer says she’s so proud of Twinkie for earning her first Guinness World Records title, and hopes there are many more to come.

Oh, and here’s that America’s Got Talent golden buzzer moment for anyone who hasn’t seen it…
