Influencer Chef Amaury wins four records with his mouth-watering chocolate sculptures
No matter if it’s a giant LEGO Batman figurine or hand-painted violin… if it’s created by Amaury Guichon (France), it’s going to taste delicious.
For the last decade, this highly-trained pastry chef has been whipping up culinary concoctions on social media that seem completely out of this world.
Using everyday ingredients like chocolate and sugar, he turns these common materials into gigantic, hyper-realistic pieces of edible art: ranging from supersized pencils to life-sized animals, cartoon characters to complex machines, and even a working matchbox car racetrack.
And by posting short, snappy clips of his pastry process on social media, Amaury has amassed a significant following for himself across his channels.
As of 24 April, the chef had a record-breaking total of 92 million followers across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok – officially granting him the Guinness World Records title as the most followed pastry chef on the previous four platforms.
- Most followed pastry chef on Instagram: 18,622,267 followers
- Most followed pastry chef on Facebook: 21,830,693 followers
- Most followed pastry chef on YouTube: 23,068,305 followers
- Most followed pastry chef on TikTok: 28,485,596 followers

“Receiving four Guinness World Records titles in a single achievement is far more than a milestone, it is the culmination of over a decade of relentless dedication, creativity, and perseverance,” said Amaury to GWR.
“These records belong not only to me, but also to everyone who has followed, supported, and believed in my work throughout this incredible journey.”

Despite this long-deserved accomplishment, this was actually not the first time that Amaury had been featured in Guinness World Records. In January 2024, he claimed his first title for the largest chocolate sculpture of a balloon animal with a puffy pink chocolate creation measuring 1.60 m x 1.62 m (5.24 ft x 5.31 ft).
A few months later, he followed that up with the largest chocolate sculpture of a fruit – with a 167.64 cm x 75.10 cm (66 in x 29.57 in) carving of a banana, over five times larger than the original size.
Both titles were featured in Guinness World Records 2025 and 2026, respectively!

“As a child, I remember being fascinated by the Guinness World Records book, turning its pages in awe and never imagining that one day my name would appear within it, let alone multiple times,” Amaury continued.
“This recognition is a reminder that extraordinary things can happen when passion meets consistency, and when you commit yourself fully to a craft you love.”
Amaury has been working as a chef since the young age of 14, when he enrolled in a vocational school in France off the shores of Lake Geneva.
He studied there for two years before following an apprenticeship programme for pastry chefs, perfecting his skills in Switzerland and Paris.
And in 2016, he started posting his beautiful work on social media – gathering followers for his chocolate workshop, and making a name for himself as a world-famous pastry chef.
